Answers to frequently asked questions by recruiters/employers
I want to publish a job advertisement. How do I get started?
First, you must create an Employer Account. Click on this link to do so.
After entering your name, e-mail address and password, you will also be requested to enter the company name, position occupied by the contact person, full address, a telephone number and the VAT number (if liable to VAT). You will receive a confirmation by e-mail from your Employer Account. The account will be activated as soon as you click on the link sent in the confirmation e-mail.
Can I use my Employer Account to immediately create a job advertisement?
Yes, as soon as your Employer Account is activated, you can create and save a job advertisement. However, the job advertisement will only be published if you have the necessary credits corresponding to the value of a job advertisement (plus the value of any extra options, such as a longer publication period, a Topspot or a Highlight).
A list of the different products and their corresponding credits can be found here.
What is the standard publication period of a job advertisement?
Each job advertisement remains available on Jobhealth.be for a period of two months. If you do not extend your job advertisement after this period, it will no longer be displayed on the list and hence, can no longer be found by job seekers.
However, when creating a job advertisement, you can immediately choose to publish it for a longer period. Extra credits will be charged for this, as specified on this list.
But, regardless of the above, each job advertisement you create remains on your dashboard unless you personally delete it.
How will my job advertisement be positioned in the list of vacancies?
Job advertisements are always displayed in the order of publication date, with the most recent advertisement placed at the top of the list.
What is a Top Spot?
A Top Spot is a job advertisement that always appears at the top of the list, above all other job advertisements, throughout its publication period. With this, Jobhealth.be offers the recruiter the opportunity of drawing more attention to his/her job advertisement.
What is a Spotlight?
A Spotlight / Highlight is a job advertisement that follows the normal sequence throughout its publication period, but is displayed against a light-blue background colour. This makes the job advertisement stand out better in the displayed list.
