Who can make use of this job platform?

Jobhealth.be is available to all health professionals and to all those seeking employment within the health sector (doctors, pharmacists, nurses, physiotherapists, etc. as well as technical and administrative personnel).

Why do I need to create a profile?

On the one hand, having a profile will enable you to easily apply online for vacancies on our site and on the other hand, recruiters (who have an account on Jobhealth.be) will be able to find you quickly as a potential candidate and contact you. Plus, it is completely free.

How do I create a profile?

You can create a profile as soon as you have created an account (free of charge). Please follow this link in order to create an account. On the «I want to create an account» page, select the option entitled «I am looking for a job» and fill in the form with your basic information. This information includes your name, a valid e-mail address and password.  Once completed, click the «Create my account» button.

You will be immediately redirected to the profile page, where you can complete your profile.

What is the minimum information required for creating a profile?

Jobhealth.be does not require any minimum information. However, Jobhealth.be wishes to underline the fact that the more information you provide, the easier and quicker it will be for a recruiter to access your profile and contact you.

Who can view my profile?

Your profile may only be viewed by persons who have a (paid) account as recruiter. Plus, only an anonymous profile is shown initially, in which the following information is not visible: surname and first name, postal address, telephone/mobile number, LinkedIn profile, e-mail address, current (or last) employer, photo and video.

If the recruiter is interested in you based on this anonymous profile, he/she may purchase your profile in order to gain access to your full profile, with the exception of your password.

What information on my profile is accessible to recruiters?

In the initial selection phase, the information viewed by a recruiter is limited to an anonymous profile. Thereafter, the recruiter may - subject to payment - view your full profile, with the exception of your password.

Why is an anonymous profile required?

Displaying anonymous profiles ensures that all candidates receive more or less the same opportunities in the first phase of a selection process, without revealing their identity. Once, based on information on who you are, your education and work experience, a recruiter decides that you could be a suitable candidate for the vacant position, he/she may - after payment - view your full profile and contact you.

This also enables us to protect your privacy as much as possible.

How do I apply for a vacancy?

Each advertisement is accompanied by an «Apply Online» button. This button takes you to a form which is already filled in if you have a CV profile. This is the fastest and easiest way to apply. If you do not have a CV profile, you must fill in all the required information using this form and upload your CV (in .docx or .pdf format) in order to apply for the vacancy.

Some recruiters prefer to use their own application platform. If this is the case, it will be clearly indicated.

Can I also apply without a profile?

This is possible, but in this case you will have to enter all your information afresh for each application as well as send all the documents (your CV and any letters of recommendation).

Can I use a video to make my application?

This is indeed possible. In your profile - under the Video section - you can add a link to a video you have uploaded earlier on a video hosting website (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.). The video will be visible to logged in recruiters at the top right-hand corner of your profile.

I have forgotten my password. What can I do?

Click the «Login» button on the top right-hand corner of this page. On the page that appears, there is a link entitled «I have forgotten my password». Click on this link and enter the e-mail address you used when you registered for the first time on Jobhealth.be. Click «Submit» and we will send you an e-mail with the necessary information for setting a new password.

If your e-mail address is not found, it means that you do not yet have an account on Jobhealth.be and therefore, you will first need to create an account.

I have not received the e-mail for setting a new password. Is this possible?

The e-mail has probably ended up in your Spam folder. However, if you do not find this mail in your Spam folder, please contact us.

I already have an account as an employer. Can I use this account to create my own profile as a candidate?

No, these two accounts are different. You need to have a separate account for each of these services.
